Description
Pick up and deliver construction materials and supplies as needed to job sites. May be required to help perform minor punch list item repairs, site cleanup, assist superintendents in various duties on job site, as well as other tasks that may be assigned. Effectively communicating with customers and staff is essential. Must be able to take direction and work under supervision. Must be able to document daily tasks through an app. Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Must be at least 21 years old (Required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year working on construction sites and construction knowledge
- High School Education or above (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Drive between sites to pick up and drop off materials as needed
- Interface with contractors, inspectors, or other business professionals as required
- Work multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate regularly with staff, subcontractors, suppliers
- Handle a wide variety of job responsibilities per site
- Manage time effectively
